Never lose count of your catches again! Track what you're catching, where you're catching it, and who's catching it.

Fish counter is an easy-to-use counting and logging utility app designed to track fish and species counts. Use it as a simple counter to keep track of all catches for the trip or add each angler to track individual catches. You can even add different species of fish to each person to track what they're catching. Each counter will show you the total from the trip, total for each person, and the number of species on your stringer.

If you want to log more about your catch you can add a picture, its length and weight, the tackle and bait you used, and GPS coordinates so you know where you caught it. A catch count can be added from every screen so it's easy to keep track from anywhere in the app.

Don't worry, your favorite fishing spots remain your secret! Your fishing logs are stored locally on your device and backed up in your own iCloud drive. Only you can share your catch data with others. We do not track you or your information.

We have completed the feature of tracking fish names entered into the app and then allowing you to pick from a list to quickly add fish names to people in a counter. You have the option to add those fish names to one person, or all the people in a counter.
Also, fixed some minor bugs found along the way. 1.11 06/16/2017 Thanks to user feedback we added two new features. Now when you create a new counter there is an option to copy a previous one. Also, when you add an angler there is an option to pick a name previously entered into the app. These two new features will help speed up creating new counters.

Minor bug fixes 1.3 01/17/2017 New Features:
- Added species counts to the person list for a counter. Now you can see the total count for each species in one place.
- When you add a new person to a counter they inherit all the species already in that counter. This saves you time from having to retype fish names into the app.
